Most loving Mother, most humble Maa! You are good, loving, and kind to me all the time. When we were children, you struggled but gave us all the joys possible.
Maa, you would rock us to sleep and your loving embrace would save us from heat or cold. Even with the lack of facilities and luxuries, you have made our home into heaven for us, O Maa. This is your mamtaa, the sweetness of your love.
During our childhood, whenever you had cause to punish us, you suffered more in your heart than we did. We wept a little whilst being punished, but, O Maa in your mind you anguished and wept for hours. You are our object of devotion, O Maa. We adore you.
