ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः।
तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि
धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ॥1
Om bhoor bhuvaḥ svaḥ. Tat savitur vareṇyam
Bhargo devasya dheemahi.
Dhiyo yo nah pracho-dayaat.

Chant this mantra thrice, each time sipping water from the right palm 2
ॐ शन्नो देवीरभिष्टय
आपो भवन्तु पीतये।
शंयोरभि श्रवन्तु नः ॥3
Om Shanno deveer-abhiṣhṭaya4
aapo5 bhavantu peetaye.
Shanyor-abhi-shravantu nah.
देवी-स्वरूप ईश्वर पूरण अभीष्ट कीजे।
यह नीर हो सुधामय कल्याण दान-दीजे॥
नित ऋद्धि-सिद्धि बरसे हित हो सदा हमारा।
बहती रहे हृदयमें सद्धर्म प्रेम-धारा॥
Devee svaroop eeshvar, pooraṇ abheeṣhṭ keeje,
Yah neer ho sudhaa-mai, kalyaan daan deeje
Nit ṛiddhi siddhi barse, hit ho sadaa hamaaraa
Bahtee rahe hridai me, saddharm prem dhaaraa.
May the All-Pervading Divine Mother be gracious unto us to satisfy our inner cravings and send down blessings all around us.
O Shan gracious, abhishtaya pleasant, aApah omnipresent deveee divine Mother (radient One), bhavantu may shanyor blessings of peetaya contentment abhishravantu shower, flow to nah us.
