Mahimaa tihaar bhagavan
kis bhaati mai sunaaoo
Sab lok gaa rahe hai
kyaa gaaya mai sunaaoo
Jag hai rachaa tihaaraa
to paalataa ise hai
Avasaan haath tere
aṭkal kahȧȧ lagaaoo
Sab gyaan sot too hai
bhaṇḍaar bal tumee ho
Tere binaa na kuchh bhee
mahimaa kahȧa bakhaaoo
Chahu or raashi jai hai
dharaṇee suvistritaa hai
Ravi chand shubha jyotsnaa
kaise kripaa lakhaaoo
Is bhakt par kripaalaa
Karuṇaa karo vidhaataa
Aashraya paṛaa tumhaare
Vaaṇee nahee sunaaoo
O Lord, how can I begin to describe Your greatness? The entire world sings Your glory and is immersed in You. How better can I sing, what can I sing of You, to describe Your greatness?
You are the Protector and Preserver of all. You are the Cause of the entire world and, in your hands, the dissolution of the universe lies. How can I fathom Your power, O Lord?
You are the fountainhead of knowledge; the abode of strength. Without You, nothing can exist. How can I describe Your inexplicable glory, O lord?
In all directions, there is a vast expanse of water and land. And, there is the brilliant sun and the luminous to us for our enjoyment. How can we express our gratitude to You for all of this, O Lord?
O Merciful One! O Sustainer, have mercy on your devotee. I come to Your shelter, speechless (awaiting Your care).
