गुड़ियो के बाजार से
अच्छी सी गुड़िया लाना

तुम परदेस गये जब से

कब जी छूटेगा गम से

माँ भी लोरी नही गाती
हमको नींद नही आती
खेल खिलौने टूट गये
संगी साथी छूट गये
जेब हमारी खाली है
और आती दीवाली है
हम सबको ना तड़पाओं
अपने घर वापस आओ
और कभी फिर ना जाना
पप्पा जल्दी आ जाना
खत ना समझो तार है ये
कागज नही है प्यार है ये
दूरी और इतनी दूरी
ऐसी भी क्या मजबूरी
तुम कोई नादान नही
तुम इससे अंजान नही
इस जीवन के सपने हो
एक तुम्ही तो अपने हो
सारा जाग है बेगाना पापा
