Aaj andhere me hai ham insaan
Gyaan ka sooraj chamkaa de bhagwaan
Bhatak rahe hame raah dikhaa de,
bhagawan raah dikhaa de
Kadam kadam par kiran dikhaa de,
bhagawan kiran bichhade
In akhiyan ko prabhu karaa de,
Jyotee se pahechaan
Ham to hai santaan tihaari
prabhu santaan tihaari,
Teri dayaa kay ham adhikaaree,
Prabhu hai hum adhikaree
Duniyaa hove sukhee hamaaree,
Aisaa day vardaan
Today our world seems to be immersed in the darkness of ignorance. Lead us to the path of wisdom, O Lord.
Being immersed and lost in the darkness of ignorance, we cannot see the light (of wisdom). Give us this light, O Lord. Let us be able to discern the true path in life.
We are your children O Lord. We are privileged by your mercy and grace to enjoy the happiness of this world. Do bless us continuously, O Lord
