Munne tu khush hai baṛaa,

Mài vaaree re mài balihaaree re,
Ghoonghaṭ mè guṛiyaa ko aatee hai laaj
Yòòhi kabhee hogee shaadee teree,
Doolhaa banegaa kùvaaraa hai tu
Purvaai van mè uṛe,
panchhee chaman mè uṛe
Raam kare kabhee ho ke baṛaa
Tu banake baadal gagan mè uṛe
Jo bhee tujhe dekhe vo ye kahe
kis màà kaa aisaa dulaaraa hai tu
You are my moon and also my sun. You are the light of my eyes. I keep on living just to see you. You are the hope of this broken heart.
