Chhoṛ jhamelaa jhooṭe jag kaa

Chhoṛ jhamelaa jhooṭe jag kaa kah gaye daas kabeer
Paar lagaayenge ik pal mè tulsee ke raghubeer

Bhool bhulaiyaa jeevan teraa saacho naam prabhu ko
Man mè basaa le aak too bande le kar naam guru ko
Soordaas ke shyaam harenge janam janam kee peeṛ

Teraa meraa din bhar kartaa, par teraa kuchha naahee
Maaṭee kaa ye khel hai ye saaraa. milenge maaṭee mahee
Meeraa kee ke eesh bulaaye sab ko yamunaa teer

Kabir (the poet) advises us to abandon the entanglement of this illusive world. In a single moment, the Lord Raam of Tulsidas can give us liberation.

Give up the false attraction of your life and embrace the truth of God by reciting his name. Follow your Guru’s teaching and let your mind be immersed in God’s worship. Make God your friend. Just like Soordas who overcame lifetimes of challenges by worshipping Lord Krishna.

We spend so much time of our life in defining mine and yours without realizing nothing is ours. Nothing is permanent in the world, it is all like a play, a movie, unreal. Be like Mirabai who spent her life singing God’s praises and find your blessings.
