deep jalaane aayaa thaa.
Bhool chuke the raahė apnee
Vo dikhlaane laayaa thaa
Ghor andheraa me chhaayaa
nazar nahee kuchh aataa hai
Maanav maanav kee ṭhokar se
jab ṭhukraayaa jaataa thaa
Aarya jaati soee paṛee thee
ghar-ghar jaa ke jagaathaa thaa.
Baṭ gayaa saaraa ṭukaṛe ṭukaṛe
bhaarat desha jaageero me
Shaasan karte log videshee
josh nahee thaa veero me
Bhaarat maa ko mukt kiyaa jo
jakṛee huee thee zanzeero me
Jan tak jag me chaar dishaae
kudrat ke ye nazaare hai
Saagar, nadiyaa, dhartee, ambar
jangal parvat saare hai
Pathik rahegaa naam Rishi kaa
jab tak chaand sitaare hai
Rishi Dayanand came to the world to bring light to us all. When people forgot about righteousness, He made us all see the light again. us all.
In the absence of righteousness where everyone was willfully hurtful to each other, he came and gave his light that spread to every home and every person all over the country, all over the world.
The Rishi came into a world torn by religious and political strife. He opposed the foreign rulers and spread the realization of freedom for the country from the foreign rulers.
So long as there exist different directions; so long as there exists oceans, rivers, the earth, the sky, jungles, mountains, and everything else, the name of Maharishi Dayanand will continue to echo and inspire.
