Eeshwar ko jaan bande! Maalik teraa wahee hai
Karle tu yaad dil se, har jaa me wo sahee hai
Bhoomi agan pavan mè, saagar pahaaṛ ban mè
Uskee sabhee bhuvan me chhaayaa samaa rahee hai
Usne tujhe banaayaa, jag khel hai dikhaayaa
Too kyo phire bhulaayaa, aayu bitaa rahee hai
Viṣhayo kee chhoṛ aashaa, jhooṭhi hai sab dilaashaa
Din chaar kaa tamaashaa, maayaa phasaa rahee hai
Duniyaa se dil haṭaale, Prabhu dhyaan me lagaale
Brahmaanand moksha paa le, tan kaa pataa nahee hai
O man! Get better knowledge of God for he is the Master and you are His servant. Focus on the Almighty and you will not go astray.
God is omnipresent – He is in the Earth, in the air, the oceans, in fire/heat, in the mountains, and all over the world.
Your birth is by God’s Grace and thus, He has shown you the drama of the world. So why wander aimlessly through life and forget the Almighty? Life gets shorter and shorter with each minute that goes by.
Do not let the things that you see or taste or hear overcome you. Give up the attachment to these things because they are not permanent. Life itself is temporary. Do not be bound by these things.
Give up the physical attachment to the worldly things and let your mind get closer to God. Take heed of these words as tomorrow may be too late.
