Pyaar kaa bandhan

Pyaar kaa bandhan khoon kaa rishtaa
Chhoote se naa chhooṭe
Dil se dil kee ḍor bandhee jo
Ṭooṭe se naa ṭooṭe

Lage rahe aur bhare rahenge
Pyaar bhare yeh mele
Kushiyȯ kaa jhoolaa jhoolenge
Bhai behan albele
Sun le daataa inkaa naataa
Janam janam naa chhooṭe
Dil se dil kee…

Jagmag jagmag aaye divaalee
Lakshmee dhan barasaaye
Rang birange dhaage lekar
Rakhee kaa din aaye
In dhaagȯ kaa rang ho gehraa
Chhooṭe se naa chhooṭe
Dil se dil kee…

The bond of love between family members cannot be severed. The bond of love between these hearts cannot be broken.

The fairs and carnivals in life are also full of love in which people go on swings and roller coasters with happiness (and that ends when they leave the fair). The love of Brothers and Sisters is unique. The refreshing relationship between siblings lasts over lifetimes.

May your Divali be sparkling, and May the Goddess Lakshmi shower wealth upon you. But none of these can compare to the love of siblings which is symbolized by the colored threads called rakhee on Raksha Bandhan.
