Watan kee raah mė watan
ke naujavaan shaheed ho
Pukaarate hȧi ye zameen-o-
aasamaan shaheed ho
Shaheed teree maut hee
tere watan kee zindage
Tere lahoo se jaag uṭhegee
is chaman mė zindagee
Khilenge phool us jagah
ki too jahaȧ shaheed ho
Gulaam uṭh vatan ke dushmanȯ
se intaqaam le
In apane donȯ baajuȯ se
khanjaroȯ kaa kaam le
Chaman ke vaaste chaman
ke baagbaan shaheed ho
Pahaaṛ tak bhee kaȧpane
lage tere junoon se
Too aasamaa pe inqalaab
likh de apne khoon se
Zameen nahee teraa vatan hai
aasamaa shaheed ho
Watan kee laaj jisko thee
azeez apnee jaan se
Vo naujavaan jaa rahaa hai
aaj kitnee shaan se
Is ek javaan kee khaak par
har ik javaan shaheed ho
Hai kaun khush naseeb maȧ
kee jiskaa ye chiraag hai
Vo khush naseeb hai kahaȧ
ye jiske sar kaa taaj hai
Amar vo desh kyoȯ na ho
kee too jahaȧ shaheed ho
May the youths of our country be martyred in service to their country. The sky and the earth together are crying for our youths to rise to the needs of their country.
In service to your country, let even death be accepted. Your death will be the life of your motherland. Your blood will fuel the fire of freedom. Flowers will always bloom at the spot wherever you are martyred.
Let us rise up from slavery to take revenge on the enemies of our country. Use your arms themselves as weapons if you have to. Let us sacrifice for our country.
Even the mountains will tremble at your passion for freedom. You will write revolution on the very skies with your blood. The heavens will be your land if you sacrifice for your land.
Whosoever can value their country over and above even their life is the honor and joy of our country. May every soldier rise to honor those who sacrifice today for our homeland.
Oh, who is such an honorable mother who brought such a light into this world, such a light that will sacrifice his for the sake of his country? You will be immortal as will the martyr who has completed such a sacrifice.
