बाते हैं, बातों का क्या
कोई किसी का नहीं ये झूठे नाते हैं,
नातों का क्या
होगा मसीहा सामने तेरे
फिर भी ना तू बच पाएगा
तेरा अपना खून ही आखिर
तुझको आग लगाएगा
आसमान के उड़ने वाले
मिट्टी में मिल जाएगा
कसमें, वादे, प्यार, वफ़ा
सब बाते हैं, बातों का क्या
सुख में तेरे साथ चलेंगे
दुख में सब मुख मोड़ेंगे
दुनिया वाले तेरे बनकर
तेरा ही दिल तोड़ेंगे
देते हैं भगवान को धोखा
इंसाँ को क्या छोड़ेंगे
कसमें, वादे, प्यार, वफ़ा
सब बाते हैं, बातों का क्या
काम अगर ये हिन्दू का है
मंदिर किसने लूटा है
मुस्लिम का है काम अगर ये
खुदा का घर क्यों टूटा है
जिस मज़हब में जायज़ है ये
वो मज़हब तो झूठा है
Promises, vows, love, and faithfulness all; are mere words – nothing else.
No one is true to anyone; these are mere relations, nothing else
God can appear in front of you, but still, you would not be saved Your own blood will burn you at last. Even those who fly sky-high will ultimately turn to dust/soil.
Everyone will be with you in good times, in sorrows, and in tough times, they will turn their back on you. People will first gain your trust and then break your heart. People don’t refrain even from deceiving God, how could they let you go (without deceit)
If this is the task of a Hindu, then who robbed the Mandir? If this is the task of a Muslim, then why is the house of God broken? Any religion that justifies this, then that religion is a lie
