दो रंग दुनिया के और दो रास्ते
दो रूप जीवन के जीने के वास्ते
सोच समझ के पाँव रखे
समझा दो हर दिवाने को
इक रस्ता मंदिर को जाए
इक जाए मैखाने को
रास्ता भूल ना जाए
राही धोखा ना खाये
एक हैं ऐसे लोग जो
औरों की खातिर जीते हैं
दूसरे वो जो अपनी खातिर
अपनों का खून भी पीते हैं
कोई फूल खिलाये
कोई काँटे बिखराये
The world offers humanity the choice of two colors and two paths. Depending on which path we select, our life is determined.
Think very carefully before treading any path. One path leads to the mandir. The other path leads to the bar (rum shop). Do not forget the pains and joys of either path. Remember to teach your experiences to others.
In life, some people live for others (and they happily serve the world). Others, however, only live for themselves – and they even drink the blood of others to make themselves happy. Some pave a path of flowers for us – while some plant thorns in our way.
