नर नारी सब प्रातः शाम
भज लो प्यारे ओम का नाम
ओम ओम पकड़ सहारा जो है सच्चा पिता हमारा
वह है मुक्ति का धाम
कैसा सुंदर जगत रचाया सूर्या चांद आकाश बनाया
गुण गाता है जगत तमान
पृथ्वी और पहाड़ बनाए नदिया नाले खूब सजाए
बिन कर कर्म करे निष्काम
ऋषियों मुनियो में है ध्याया अंत किसी न उसका पाया
करते है उसको परनाम
मन अपने को शुद्ध बनाओ विषय विकारों से बच जाओ
वेदों का यही फरमान
हीरा जनम गँवावो न तुम नन्दलाल घबराओ न तुम
संध्या करो सुबह और शाम
Remember to chant the most loving name of God every day, morning and evening. Keep chanting “OM”
In God’s name, we shall find the support we need, in his embrace, we can face life. He is the abode of liberation itself and can grant liberation to us.
Sing the praises of our wonderful God who has efficiently created the splendorous sun and moon and all of space.
This earth and its majestic mountains, beautiful rivers, and wonderful streams were all created by him. The abundance of life was created by him. He created selflessly for us. Let us work and live selflessly.
The sages and seers have always meditated on him and yet no one has ever fully grasped him fully. There is no limit to Him or His greatness. Let us bow to his superior name.
Purify your mind. Do not let the objects and effects of the world overcome you. Ensure your freedom from the ties of the world by following the instructions of the Vedas.
Let us ensure that this precious life is not wasted over worry and anxiety. Let us spend our time in devotion and worship with our Sandhya morning and evening. Chant Om always.
