छम छम करता सावन
बूंदों के बाण चलाए
सतरंगी बरसातों में जब
तन मन भीगा जाए
प्यार में नहाने को
डूब ही जाने को

ख्वाब जगा जाये
ऐसा कोई साथी हो
ऐसा कोई प्रेमी हो

When the moon shows in a blue sky it brings love which makes me desperate. I have a companion, a love that can quench the thirst of my very heart.
Like the tall mountain peaks that reach to kiss the sky and the thirsty sky that kisses the ocean, here I sit waiting for my heart’s desire to be fulfilled and to have my arms in a loving embrace of love.
Oh, my heart longs for your loving embrace during which the cool breeze will ruffle your hair as the sunrays caress the cheeks and I shall feel the warm breath and loving embrace.
While these pattering raindrops drench me as if with colorful rains, my heart yearns to be drenched by love. Oh, this is my dream.
