ले लो ले लो दुआएं माँ बाप की
सर से उतरेगी गठरी पाप की
गोद में माँ की आँख खुली
जग देखा बाप के कंधे चढ़ के
सेवा बड़ी न होगी कोई
इन दोनों की सेवा से बढ़के
ले लो ले लो दुआएं माँ बाप की
दुख सहना माँ बाप की ख़ातिर
फ़र्ज़ तो है एहसान नहीं
कर्ज़ है इनका तेरे सर पर
भिक्षा या कोई दान नहीं हो
ले लो ले लो दुआएं माँ बाप की
मात पिता के चरण छुए जो
चार धाम तीरथ फल पाए
जो आशीष ये दिल से दें
भगवान से भी टाली ना जाए
ले लो ले लो दुआएं माँ बाप की
Take the blessings of your parents. In this way, you relieve yourself of sins.
It was in the lap of your Mother that you opened your eyes to the world. It was on the shoulders of your father that you saw the reality of the world. So, remember this and know that the greatest thing you can do is to give service to your parents.
It is your duty to serve your parents, even if in so doing, you are inconvenienced. This is your duty. It is not a gift or kindness, but a duty.
By touching the feet of your parents, you shall realize the fruits of life. The blessings of your parents is the blessing of God.
