हुआ ध्यान में ईश्वर की जो मगन उस कोई क्लेश लगा ना रहा
जब ज्ञान की गंगा में नहाया तो मन में मैल ज़रा न रहा
परमात्मा को जब आत्मा में लिया देख ज्ञान की आँखों से
उजियारा हुआ मन में उसके कोई उससे भेद छिपा न रहा
पुरुषार्थ ही इस दुनिया में सब कामना पूरी करता है
मनचाहा फल उसने पाया जो आलसी बन के पडा न रहा
दुःखदाई हैं, सब शत्रु हैं यह विषय हैं जितने, दुनिया के
वही पार हुआ भवसागर से जो जाल में इनके फँसा न रहा
यहाँ बडे-बडे महाराज हुए बलवान् हुए विद्वान् हुए
पर मौत के पंजे से कोई दुनिया में आके बचा न रहा
Tune – Mere saam ne waale khirkee me
That person who constantly meditates on the Almighty would move away from problems and challenges. By immersing in the river of knowledge one’s mind is free of dirt and evil.
With eyes of wisdom, one sees the presence of the Almighty within every soul. Let our minds be illuminated to realize that nothing is hidden from Him.
In this world, genuine efforts will lead to the fulfillment of our wishes. The things we desire will stay hidden if we are lazy.
All objects that are not good for us will lead to unhappiness. However, we can cross that ocean of life without being entrapped in the net of evil.
The mightiest rulers, the strongest ones, and the most wise scholars have all been unable to escape the clutches of death. Once we come into this world we have to leave one day.
