सर्वत: पाणिपादं तत्सर्वतोऽक्षिशिरोमुखम्।
सर्वत: श्रुतिमल्लोके सर्वमावृत्य तिष्ठति॥

Sarvatah paaṇi-paadam
tat-sarvato-akshi-shiro-mukham.
Sarvatah shrutimal-loke
sarvam-aavritya tiṣhthati.

Bhagavad Gita 13.14

He envelopes all – with His hands and feet, eyes, head, mouth and ears everywhere.

सर्वतः everywhere पानि hands पादम् feet तत् that सर्वतः everywhere अक्षि eyes शिरः head मुखम् mouth श्रुति-मत् ears लोके world, in the world सर्वम् all आवृत्य having enveloped, pervades तिष्ठति exists
