Aisee laagee lagan meeraa ho gayee magan
Vo to galee galee haree guṇ gaane lagee.
Mahalo me palee ban ke jogan chalee
Meraa raanee deevaanee kahaane lagee.
Koee roke nahee koee ṭoke nahee
meraa govinda gopaala gaane lagee.
Baiṭhee santo ke sang rangee mohan ke rang
meeraa premee pritam ko manaane lagee
Vo to galee galee haree guṇ gaane lagee.
Raaṇaa ne viṣh diyaa maano amrit piyaa
meraa saagar me saritaa samaane lagee
Duhkh laakho sahe, mukh se govind kahe
meeraa govinda gopaala gaane lagee
Vo to galee galee haree guṇ gaane lagee.
The great devotee (Meera) is always happily engaged in singing the praises of God everywhere. She gave up a life of comfort to be close to God. While some called her crazy, she continues to sing the names of God.
The devotee never stops or never flexes in devotion to God. She sits with the saints and is impassioned with love for God, the dearest love of her life.
All negative forces become attractive like nectar, if one immerses in God. As rivers fill into the ocean, pour all sorrow into the reality of God.
