Roke zamaanaa chaahe roke khudaaee tumko
aanaa paṛegaa
Tarasatee nigaahò ne aavaaz dee hai
Muhabbat kee raahò ne aavaaz dee hai
Jaan-e-hayaa, jaan-e-adaa chhoṛo tarasaanaa
Tumko aanaa paṛegaa
Ye maanaa hamè jaan se jaanaa paṛegaa
Par ye samajh lo tumane jab bhee pukaaraa
Hamko aanaa paṛegaa
Ham apanee vafaa pe naa ilazaam lenge
Tumhe dil diyaa hai tumhe jaan bhee denge
Jab ishq kaa saudaa kiyaa phir kyaa ghabaraanaa
Tumko aanaa paṛegaa
Chamakate hai jab tak ye chaand aur taare
Na ṭooṭenge ab kah do paimaan hamaare

Hamako aanaa paṛegaa
You must fulfill the promise that you made. Even if people or divinity attempt to stop you, you must still come to me.
My pining eyes have called out to you. The paths of love have called out to you. Oh beloved, please stop tormenting me. You must come to me.
I accept that I must leave this life. But understand this: I must come to you whenever you call out to me.
