Kisee ke kaam jo aaye

Kisee ke kaam jo aaye, use insaan kehte hai
Paraayaa dard apnaaye, use insaan kehte hal

Kabhee dhanvaan hai kitnaa, kabhi insaan nirdhan hai
Kabhee sukh hai kabhee dukh hai, isee kaa naam jeevan hai
Jo mushkil me na ghabraaye, use insaan kehte hal

Ye duniyaa ek uljhan hai, kahee dhokaa kahee thokar
Koee has-has ke jeetaa hai, koee jeetaa hai ro-ro kar
Jo girkar phir sambhal jaaye, use insaan kehte hal

Agar galtee rulaatee hai, to ye raah bhee dikhaatee hai
Bashar galtee kaa putlaa hai, ye aksar ho hee jaatee hal
Jo galtee karke pachhtaaye, use insaan kehte hai

Akele hee jo khaa khaa kar, sadaa guzraan karte hal
Yo marte ko to duniyaa me, pashu bhee pet bharte hai
‘Pathik’ jo baaṭkar khaaye, use insaan kehte hal

Those who dedicate themselves to helping others are the true definition of being human. Those who help to eradicate the sorrow and depression of others are genuine humans. Let us be our brother’s keeper and see everyone’s happiness as our happiness.

Some people are rich and some poor, some happy and some sad. This combination of emotions and experience is life. Let us be true devotees by remaining unaffected by it all. Let us not let the negatives of life take us away from our path of nobility.

This world is ‘sometimish’ – sometimes sorrowful, sometimes with happiness and joy, and yet sometimes there is deception and pain. Some of us live by laughing; some live by crying. Some of us overcome the challenges around us, while these same challenges overcome some of us. Let us be true humans by rising every time we fall.

Life experiences that make us cry also teach us a lesson and show us a path. Sometimes, we allow ourselves to become victims of the circumstances around us. And sometimes, we make mistakes in life. A genuine person is one who truly repents after committing a mistake.

Some of us are selfish and prefer to enjoy our gains alone. Remember that the animals in the forest also fill their stomach selfishly, but even they leave their spoils behind for other animals to enjoy. Give up selfishness.  Those who uplift others unselfishly by sharing their wealth and time are genuine humans.
