Tujhe dekh kar jag vaale par

Jiskee rachanaa itanee sundar
vo kitnaa sundar hogaa
Tujhe dekhne ko mȧi kyaa har
darpaṇ tarsaa kartaa hai
Jyȯ tulsee ke birvaa ko har
aangan tarasaa kartaa hai
Apnaa roop dikhaane ko
Tere roop mė khud eeshvar hogaa
Jiskee rachanaa…
Roop rang ras kaa sangam
aadhaar too prem kahaanee kaa
Mere pyaase man mė yoȯ utaree jyȯ
ret mė jharnaa paanee kaa
Rom rom teraa ras kee gangaa
roop kaa vo saagar hogaa
Jiskee rachanaa…
Why would the world not believe you after seeing your beauty? Whose creation is it that it is so beautiful? And how beautiful is such a creator?
Even the mirror years to see you as gardens crave the fragrance of the leaves of the Tulsi. The very beauty and form of God himself is seen in your form.
The confluence of all that is good, color, form, taste, all are exemplified by you. You are the very foundation of love. Your beauty is to my mind as a waterfall is to the desert sand. Every pore of your soul is like an entire ocean of the Ganges river.
