Usko naheė dekhaa
hamne kabhee
Par iskee zaroorat kyaa hogee
Ai maȧ, teree soorat se alag
Bhagavan kee soorat kyaa hogee
Usko naheė dekhaa humne kabhee
Insaan to kyaa devtaa bhee
Aȧchal mė pale tere
Hai svarg isee duniyaa mė
Kadmȯ ke tale tere
Mamtaa hee luṭaaye jiske nayan
Aisee koee moorat kyaa hogee
Kyȯ dhoop jalaaye dukho kee
Kyȯ gam kee ghataa barse
Ye haath duvaao vaale
Rehte hai sadaa sar pe
Too hai to andhere path me hame
Sooraj kee zaroorat kyaa hogee
Kehte hai teree shaan me jo
Koee oȯche bol naheė
Bhagavaan ke paas bhee maataa
Tere pyaar kaa mol naheė
Ham to yahee jaane tujhse baṛee
Sansaar kee daulat kyaa hogee
I may have never seen the face of God, but there is no need to see God’s face when we can see the face of Ma. Why would there be any need to know the face of the Creator when we have the face of our Ma? What could be the face of God other than your face, O Ma?
Not only mere mortals grew from Mother’s love, scientists, artistes, sages, and even God’s very own – all grew from Mother’s laps. True heaven is the world at Mother’s feet. There is no image, no vision, no pair of eyes that has your unique look, your unique love, O Ma. You are the image of God in this world.
Sorrow and sadness have no place when you are near us, O Ma. Your bliss and your love can remove all challenges. Even the sunlight pales in comparison to the brightness of your Love, O Ma. Your Love, Ma, shatters all shadows of depression and darkness.
No one can compare to the greatness of your love, O Ma. No one can say that they know of anything greater than your Love. Not even God can fully comprehend the expanse of your greatness! No riches, no material attraction, or wealth can compare to your Love.
