कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥

Karmanye-vaadhikaaraste
maa phaleṣhu kadaachana.
Maa karma-phala-hetur-bhoor-maa
te saṅgo’stva-karmaṇi.

Bhagavad Gita 2.47

Perform all duties/actions without expectation of rewards/fruits. Let not the fruits of your actions be your motive; let not your attachment be to inaction.
