Baate jo banaayaa karte hai
Vo karke dikhaanaa kyaa jaane
Karne kee lagan jinke man mė
Vo baat banaayaa kyaa jaane
Jo garaj garaj kar aate hai
Vo kaam hee baraste dekhe hai
Aur uchhal uchhal chalne vaale
Raho mė hee baste dekhe hai
Himmat hee nahėė jin paavo mė
Vo manzil paanaa kyaa jaane
Tumne to diye kaate sabko
Badle mė milenge phool kahaa
Dukh ke badle sukh aan mile
Duniyaa ke ‘pathik’ ye aasool kahaa
Baye gar per babool ke lo,
Phir aam kaa khaanaa kyaa jane
To achieve things in life, take action instead of talking about it. What can one achieve if no effort is made and time is spent talking instead of doing?
Talking instead of genuine effort is like a thunderstorm that yields no rain. And, those who move hither-tither without focus will remain on the go but without any accomplishment. Without courage and determination where can we hope to achieve?
If you give gifts of thorns to everyone, from where will you get flowers? Happiness will only come when we give up clinging to sorrow. As a traveler in this world, we must know this. And, what you sow, you have to reap; how can you get sweet fruits if you sow a non-bearing tree.
