ओं भूर्भुवः स्वः।
अग्न आयूंषि पवस आसुवोर्जमिषं च नः।
आरे बाधस्व दुच्छुनां स्वाहा।
इदमग्नये पवमानाय इदन्न मम।

Om bhoor-bhuvah svah.
Agna aayoonṣhi pavasa
aa-suvor-jamiṣham cha nah.
Aare baadhasva duch-chhu-naam svaahaa.
Idam-agnaye pavamaanaaya,
idanna mama.¹

Homage to the One who is bhoor dearer to me than life itself, bhuvah the Dispeller of all misery, svah the Giver of bliss. यत्कामास्ते जुहुमस्तन्नो अस्तु वयं स्याम पतयो रयिणाम् स्वाहा।

Prajaapate na tvade-taan-yanyo
vishvaa jaataani paritaa-babhoova.
Yat-kaamaaste juhumas-tanno astu
vayam syaama patayo rayee-ṇaam svaahaa.

Homage to the One who is bhoor dearer to me than life itself, bhuvah the Dispeller of all misery, svah the Giver of bliss, prajaapati lord of all. None anya other tvat than you paritaa babhuva is the excelling force within each particle of vishwa jaataani all that came into being. Yat whatever kaama desires we juhumah pray for are astu fulfilled (by you) and vayam syaam may we be patayah in control (like a father) of rayinaam luxury and wealth. idamagnaye this dedication is for the all-knowledgeable prajaapati Lord of all, it is not for the self.
