This verse is voiced by the Father:

ओं ा तिरश्िपद्यते अहं विधरणी इति। 
तां त्वा घृतस्य धारया यजे ँराधनीमहम्। 
ँराधिदेवै देष्ट्रयै स्वाहा
इदं सराधिइदन्न मम

I make this offering of Ghee for you, this beautiful mother of our newborn. You will always have my love, respect, and support in this new direction of our lives and the upbringing of our newborn. Through your sacrifice, we have been blessed with the best of fortune. This I offer for your good health, not for me.

ा this अतिरश्ी one who is close, one who is positive and supportive to me िपद्यते resting अहम् I, me विधरणी support, maintain, obtain support इति so, thus ताम् accomplish, cause, give, grant त्वा you घृतस्य ghee धारया retain, have amount, bearing, in this way यजे providing ँराधनीम् the best अहम् I देवै divine, fortune देष्ट्रयै indication, direction स्वाहा offer (also, hail to) इदं this सराधिै the best one इदन्न this is not मम mine, for me

This verse is voiced by the Mother (say the name of the father in the place of the word “asou”):

ओं विपश्ित्पु्छमभरत्तद्धता पुनराहरत् । 
परेहि त्वं विपश्ित्पुमानयजनिष्यतेऽ नाम स्वाहा
इदं धात्रे-इदन् मम

O blessed and inspired husband of mine, you are the blessed father of our child. May you continue to be blessed with wisdom and inspiration so that our family benefits from your leadership and your good name. We will be physically apart to focus on the growth and development of our child. May we be so blessed. This offering is for our focus on the child, not for me.

विपश्ित् learned, wise, inspired पु्छमभरत्तदधाति that ability or means to be able to father children  पुनराहरत् bring forth again, taking up again परेहि afterward, in future, later in time त्वं you विपश्ित् learned, wise, inspired पुमन man, manly अयम् my जनिष्यते born, will be born नाम name धात्रे holder, vessel, receptacle
