Let my actions be acts of worship
This verse, taken from the Srimad Bhagvatam 11.2.36 is a beautiful surrender to God. Whatever we think, say or do can become a dedication to the Almighty.
कायेन वाचा मनसेन्द्रियैर्वा ।
बुद्ध्यात्मना वा प्रकृतिस्वभावात् ।
करोमि यद्यत्सकलं परस्मै ।
नारायणयेति समर्पयामि ॥
Kaayena vaachaa manas-endriyairvaa
Buddhy-aatmanaa vaa prakriti-svabhaa-vaat.
Karomi yad-yat-sakalam parasmai
naaraayaṇa-yeti samarpayaami.
Whatever I perform kaayena with my body, with my vaachaa speech, with my manas mind, with my indriya senses limbs, with my buddhi intellect or with my aatman inner self, either prakriti unintentionally (by innate nature, by instinct and habit) or svabhaavaat disposition of the mind (intentionally) or unintentionally, karomi yat yat whatever I do, sakal all of it samarpan I dedicate parasmai iti Narayana in totality to that Supreme all-existent Lord who pervades the entire world.
कायेन with the body वाचा speech (ability to talk), oratory skills मनस mind इन्द्रिय senses वा with, you बुद्धि intellect आत्मन self, soul प्रकृति by nature, by instinct स्वभावात् according to the conditioned response of the mind करोमि I do यत् यत् whatever सकलम् all to the other (Supreme) नारायण The Lord, preserver of the world, Supreme One, Most High एति to that (Lord) समर्पयामि I surrender
